These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Find My Fairway website and services. By using Find My Fairway, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Find My Fairway does

Find My Fairway is a golf tee time search and discovery service. We display information about tee times offered by participating or supported golf courses and third party booking providers and provide links or pathways that allow users to continue to the relevant booking service.

Find My Fairway is not currently the golf course, booking provider or payment processor.

2. Tee time information

We aim to display useful and accurate information, including available tee times, prices, remaining capacity and booking conditions. Golf inventory can change quickly.

Information displayed by Find My Fairway may therefore change between the time a search is performed and the time you reach the golf course or booking provider. The golf course or booking provider's website is the final source for availability, price, eligibility, booking conditions and confirmation.

3. Bookings

A tee time displayed on Find My Fairway is not a confirmed reservation. Your booking is only confirmed when the relevant golf course or booking provider confirms it.

Any booking contract is between you and the relevant golf course or booking provider unless Find My Fairway expressly states otherwise. Find My Fairway does not currently take payment for golf bookings.

4. Prices

Find My Fairway aims to display the applicable public price obtained from the relevant source. Prices can change and may be subject to conditions imposed by the golf course or booking provider. Always confirm the final price and conditions before completing your booking.

5. Eligibility and course conditions

Golf courses may impose conditions relating to matters such as age, membership, residency, handicap, dress standards, carts, competitions, group size, pace of play and other requirements.

Find My Fairway attempts to exclude products that are clearly restricted where appropriate, but users remain responsible for checking that they satisfy the golf course's requirements before booking.

6. Third party websites

Find My Fairway contains links to websites operated by golf courses and third parties. Those websites are independent from Find My Fairway and may have their own terms, privacy policies, booking rules and cancellation policies.

We are not responsible for the operation, availability or content of third party websites.

7. Cancellations, refunds and booking disputes

Because bookings are currently completed with the golf course or third party booking provider, cancellations, refunds, amendments, no show policies and booking disputes are subject to that provider's terms. Users should contact the relevant golf course or booking provider regarding a booking made through its service.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse Find My Fairway, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or internal functionality, or use the service in a way that breaches applicable law.

9. Intellectual property

Find My Fairway's own branding, website design, software and original content are owned by or licensed to Find My Fairway unless otherwise stated.

Golf course names, trade marks, logos, photographs and other third party material remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on Find My Fairway does not by itself imply sponsorship, endorsement or partnership.

10. Availability of Find My Fairway

We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of Find My Fairway, add or remove supported golf courses, or change functionality as the service develops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free access to the website.

11. Liability and Australian consumer law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, Find My Fairway is not responsible for losses caused solely by changes made by third party golf courses or booking providers after information was retrieved, third party website outages, or a user's failure to comply with a golf course or booking provider's conditions.

12. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as Find My Fairway develops. The current version and revision date will be published on this website.
